This is going straight into my Xenagos, God of Revels deck

The biggest issue with this bracket is that its very easy to build a Commander deck that fits within the restrictions of this bracket but is far more powerful than a preconstructed deck

There are not many categories where Umbreon VMAX won't top the charts, and this card's popularity seems unlikely to waver anytime soon, with hype continuing to build even several years after release

Another reason this choice may seem controversial is that in the modern era of the Pokemon TCG, there are a plethora of full art cards and special illustration rares
